Create a Digital ID on Vestis Labs

The Digital ID is automatically generated for your styles if you subscribe to the plan, which includes the digital ID feature. You can manage and see the subscription plan details on the Subscription Page. Users may select their preferred subscription plan that matches their needs.

Please note that Vestis Labs is an integrated solution. It's best to start using the platform at the design and development stage and build up the information collaboratively with your teams and suppliers.

To create a Digital ID, users need to input the necessary style information. Follow these Steps to generate your digital ID:

Step 1: Data Collection

Gather all the details about your product: material composition, production methods, and circularity potential. Follow these Steps to collect all the data to generate your digital ID:

1. Create a collection to store all your created styles. 
2. Create the style within the collection.
3. Complete the Digital Materials Library to manage and organize your material product data.
4. Complete the Digital Measurements Library to continue creating a Digital ID.

Step 2: Data Connection

Link your collected data to product identifiers like QR codes to connect with the product journey. 

1. Users must create and add the additional tier supplier of the Materials associated with the style. This information is also directly linked to the product journey.
2. To create the product journey. Users also need to complete the Design and Development stage.
3. The Product ID Page allows users to download the QR Codes and see the digital ID preview. Through this page, users can also manage the product detail, product journey, and custom page.

Step 3: Customization

Add unique branding elements, supplementary information, or other relevant details.

1. Digital ID Costumization allows users to customize the Digital ID. Users can select to customize the following Digital ID Costumization:  the digital ID cover, the digital ID Product Details, the digital ID Product Journey, and the digital ID Post Sale Content.
2. Create a Custom page to add more additional custom pages in your Digital ID page about your Production Background Story, About us Page, Sustainability Page, etc. 

Step 4: Get connected with the Digital ID

1. Users can add Production Batches before activating and connect them to the Digital ID. 
2. Users can activate the Digital ID through the shop and online. Only users with the role of Cashier can activate the Digital ID from the Store.
