Create a Tech Pack with AI Assistance

Step 1

Navigate to https://techpack.vestislabs.com/dashboard

Step 2

Click "Create Techpack"

Click the upload icon to upload an image for analysis and generation of a flat drawing.

Note: If you already have a flat drawing, you can manually upload it instead

Step 4

Select (X) to remove the uploaded image

Step 5

Drag & drop your front image or click to browse. 

Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP

Step 6

Drag & drop your Back image or click to browse.

Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP

Click "Analyze Images"

Step 8

After analysis is complete, Review the Product Information. Click "Continue to Flats"

Notes: Users can Edit the generated product information

Step 9

Click "Ask AI to Generate Annotations"

Click the number of the annotation to ensure that the annotations are in the right place by moving the annotations on the image. 

Note: Always check the suggested annotations; you can edit, delete, or add annotations.

Step 11

Select (X) to delete the selected annotation

Step 12

Select "Edit" to Edit the annotation

Step 13

Users can update the Label field and the Description field

Step 14

Click "Save" to update the changes

Step 15

Click "Back View" to review the generated Annotations

Click the annotation number to ensure it is in the correct place by moving the annotation on the image. Do the same as the previous step on the front view.

Review all annotations on both front and back views

Step 18

Click "Confirm Flats & Annotations" when satisfied

Review the AI-suggested fabric and color selections. Click "Approve Fabric & Color"

Note: Toggle off the AI recommendation switch to add or edit items as needed manually.

Step 20

Review the generated BOM table 

Click "Approve BOM" when complete.

Note: Toggle off the AI recommendation switch to add or edit items as needed manually.

Review construction preset options. Users can edit or delete the generated construction preset.

Step 23

Click "Add Options" if you want to add options.

Enter the option name (e.g., "Hidden zip at CB, Reinforced seams")

Click "Add Option" or "Cancel" if you want to discard

Click the button to enable or disable the additional option.

Step 27

Users can create and select multiple addtional option by clicking the button to enable or disable the additional option.

Step 28

Click "Ask AI to Generate Production Notes" and Review the generated notes

Step 29

Enter any additional notes manually in the field. Select "Add Notes" to create the addtional notes if needed

Step 30

Select the production note from the AI Suggestion to add specific instructions for manufacturers and quality control requirements. Click (X) remove the selected notes.

Note: users can select multiple additional notes

Click "Select sample size" and choose the size sample from the option

Step 32

Click "AI Generate" to generate the size chart

Step 33

Click "Generate Spec Chart" to create measurement specifications

Step 34

Click "Generate & Download PDF" to download your tech pack

Step 35

Users can integrate the created Tecpack into the Main Platform
