Brands - Admin Setup

In Vestis Labs, Brands are used to structure and organise all product-related data within your organisation. At least one brand is required to create styles and collections, but you can set up as many brands as needed to support multiple labels or product lines within the same workspace.

Brands allow you to separate product information, certificates, workflows, and development processes while still collaborating efficiently in one unified platform. This structure ensures that each brand maintains clear ownership of its data and development flow.


Through the Brand Management page, users can create new brands to support multi-brand operations. Once a brand is created, it can be associated with specific users, allowing them to develop and manage products under that brand.
Before you start

Users can create a new Brand with two options:

  1. Through the Brand section on the upper-right corner of left bar menu
  2. Through the Brand Management page.
Step-by-step guide

Create Brand Through the brand section of the top bar menu on the left side

Navigate to the Brand section in the upper-left corner of the left bar menu to access the Brand Page,

The dropdown of Brand List will be shown

  • Select Create Brand at the lower side of the dropdown, and the page will be go directly to the Brand Page.

In the Create Brand page, you need to fill out all the required fields.

  • Type in the brand name - *mandatory

  • Type in the brand identification.

  • Add Country, Website, and Billing URL.

  • Click 'Upload' to upload a brand logo
  • To finish, click the 'Save' icon

Image Specification:

  • The files that are allowed are .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif.
  • The maximum size is 3.1 MB.

In the Create Brand page, you need to fill out all the required fields and follow the previous steps. 

  • To finish, click the 'Save' icon

Create Brand Through the Brand Management page

Navigate to Management > Brand in the left-bar menu to view the full Brand Collection or create a new Brand. 

  • Click +New in the upper-right corner to create a new brand.
