Managing Multiple Brands on Vestis Labs

Through the Brand Main page, users can manage the brand collection. Users can edit the existing Brand's General Information, and users can update the AI Settings of the Brand.
The Brand Page lists all the brands related to the Users and stores all the information related to the Brand created in Vestis Labs.
+New: Create a New Brand
Select the trash icon to remove the selected brand from Vestis Labs.
Select the pencil icon to edit/update the following information: Photo, Name, Identification, Billing URL, Address, and AI Settings.
Update Brand
In the Edit Brand page, you need to fill out all the required fields.
Name – Enter the brand or studio name *mandatory- Identification – Add an internal or external ID (optional).
- Company Name – Enter your registered company name.
- Company Address – Type in the street address.
- City – Enter your city name.
- Country – Select your country from the dropdown menu *mandatory
- Postcode – Enter your postal code.
- Website – Add your company website URL.
- VAT Number – Enter your VAT registration number.
- EORI Number – Enter your EORI number for import/export (optional).
- Timezone – Select your local timezone.
- Date Format – Choose your preferred date format.
- Base Currency – Select the main currency used in cost sheets.
- Default Length Unit – Choose the measurement unit (cm, m, inches, etc.).
Image Spesification:
- The files that are allowed are .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif.
- The maximum size is 3.1 MB.
- Click Add Location - to add another location.
- Select the Type (Office, Warehouse, Store, etc.).
Enter the Name of the location.
Provide the Address, City, Country, and Postcode.
Repeat if you need to add more locations.
Click the Save button (highlighted in orange) to confirm and apply your updates.
