This guide explains how to configure AI tone settings in Vestis Labs to support consistent, on-brand style descriptions across your product development.

Introduction & Best Practice

To ensure a cohesive brand voice throughout your product catalogue in Vestis Labs, users can define the AI tone of voice at the brand level within the AI Settings on the Update Brand Management page. The Tone of Voice field applies to the entire brand and affects all styles whenever AI-generated descriptions are created inside a style. We recommend setting this tone early in your setup process to align with your brand’s communication guidelines. When generating a style description, you can further describe or refine the desired tone—such as formal, casual, premium, or playful—to guide the AI output. 

Navigate to Settings > Collections & Styles. Select AI Tone Settings.

Enter the desired Tone of Voice for your style descriptions (for example: formal, casual, premium, or playful).

Click Save to apply the changes.

When creating a new style and generating an AI description, the saved tone of voice will automatically be filled in and used for the description.
