User Profile Settings

This article provides an overview of all the functionalities available under User Profile Settings, which you can access via your user profile in the upper-right corner of your Vestis Labs window or in the user profile settings on the left bar menu.

Introduction & Best Practice

In Vestis Labs, your User Profile Settings allow you to manage and update your personal account information. From here, you can edit your profile details, update your contact information, and change your account password to maintain security. Keeping your profile updated ensures accurate user identification across the platform and supports secure access to your workspace.

User Profile

There are different options you can choose from when setting up your personal settings.
  • Navigate to: the Settings in the lower-left corner of the side bar menu Vestis Labs platform and select User Profile.
  • Navigate to: the top right corner of the Vestis Labs platform

As needed, make changes on the General Page to the following fields:

  • Type in your name in the correct fields.
  • Upload your profile picture in the correct fields.
  • Click 'Save' to save
Locate the Current Session card. This section displays information about the device you are currently using to access the system.
Note: Sign-in activity tracking begins after your next successful login. If you have not logged in again since this feature was enabled, no activity may be displayed.
Scroll to the Recent Sign-Ins section to view your login history.

Change Password

If you need to change your password, please follow these steps:

Navigate to: Settings and select User Profile. Scroll down to the Change Password Page to update your password on the profile menu.

As needed, make changes on the Change Password Page to the following fields:

  • Type in both your old and new passwords in the correct fields
  • Click 'Save' to save

NOTE: Your password must have min length is 6 character.
