Style Status - Admin Set Up
This article provides an overview of all the functionalities available under Style Status, which you can access within the collection & Style page in your Vestis Labs workspace.
Introduction & Best Practice
In Vestis Labs, Style Status allows you to define and manage the current phase of each style throughout the product development workflow. From here, you can update a style’s progress, ensure teams have a clear view of its development stage, and maintain consistent tracking across collections. Using Style Status helps streamline communication and supports accurate reporting as styles move from concept to production. You can update and manage Style Status directly within the style details view in the Vestis Labs platform.
Step-by-step guide
Users can create a style status in two ways:
- Through the style status page.
- Through the style page.
Create New Style Status
Through the Style Page
Navigate to Collection & Style > Style.
Users can create a style status when creating a new style in the Style status section or when updating or editing a style on the Main Style Details page.
- Click the '+ Style Status' button - a Create style status.
- style status Name - *mandatory
- Click the 'Add' icon to create the style ststus.
- Through the dropdown, three dots to select an action to delete the selected status.
- Create or select the style status from the Style Card on the Styles Page.
Through the style status page
Navigate to Settings > Collection & Style. Select Style Status.
- Click the '+ New' button - a Create style status Page will show up.
- Style status name - *mandatory
- Click the 'save' icon to finish
Edit Style Status
The created Style Status will be displayed and can be managed on the Style Status Page. The Style Status Page stores all the information related to the Style Status created in Vestis Labs.
- To change the style status - Click on the 'pen' icon to set the style status to edit mode
- The page will be in edit mode
- Click the 'save' icon to finish
- Select the trash icon to remove the selected Style Status from Vestis Labs.
