To get you and your brand started, it is important to add your colleagues and team members to Vestis Labs so you can start collaborating. Follow the steps below to invite them.
Before You Start

Users can be invited by the Brand Admin or by any other user who has permission to invite others to the platform. Users can configure brand and system permissions, along with access to styles and collections, before inviting other users. Once added, users will receive a registration email and need to complete the information for their account setup.

Step-by-step Guide

Invite User to Vestis Labs

Navigate to Management > Users.

  • Click on 'Invite' in the upper-right to invite new users.
  • In the Invite User Page, you need to fill out all the required fields. 
    • Name: Type invitee's name - *Mandatory
    • Email: Type invitee's email address - *Mandatory
    • Profile: Select the invitee's profile as a Guest or Pro user - *Mandatory
    • Brand: Select the brand to be associated with the invitee - *Mandatory
  • Choose the Permissions and System Permissions from the drop-down menus on this page — a user must select the appropriate permissions to ensure they have the correct level of access within the platform.
NOTE:

Users can also manage the Permissions, System Permissions, and Platform access (Collection and Style Access) from the Manage User page.

  • Use the dropdown to display all the group categories, and select the access for users to the Permissions, System Permissions.
    • Click on the 'Save' button - the user will receive an email invitation

    NOTE:

    After receiving the email invitation, Invited users must register by following the registration instructions in the email. 

    Resend User Invitation
    If a user has not yet been activated, you can send him/her a new invitation. To do so:

    Navigate to: Management > Users.

    • Mouse over the user information and click the three dots Icon.
    • Click 'Resend invitation' - the user will receive an email invitation.
