How to Create Feedback on Vestis Labs

The Feedback button displays a selection of feedback categories to provide feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance users' experience. Users can write and submit the feedback directly.

Step 1

Select the Feedback button on the lower-left corner of the left bar menu.

Step 2

The feedback option will appear with a selection of feedback categories. Select one of the feedback categories that is related to the experience or problem users are experiencing.

Issue: type of feedback related to bugs and problems. 

Idea: type of feedback related to suggestions or new feature ideas. 

Other: type of feedback related to others or comments. 

Step 3

Enter the Feedback in the text field.

Step 4

After entering their feedback, select Submit at the lower right corner.

If Users have enabled "New Feedback" in their notification settings and have permission to view feedback, they will receive a notification.
